A high school friend was hosting a monthly themed potluck, inspiring all her guests to use food from cans or jars. Super producer Christina Colorina thought it would be a great idea to present a noodle dish using canned sauces from Taiwan. We have more videos to come later this summer. I'm taking some time to travel and research more about Taiwanese cuisine in the motherland. I'm also heading back up to Portland for a quick weekend. There will no doubt be some more good food to post about. Until next time, let's all get S.O.F.A.T.
